Cancellation Policy
THOMAS DESIGN COMPANY Tattoo Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Thomas Design Company. The following booking policy is designed to protect both the client and the artist's time while ensuring every tattoo receives the attention it deserves. Appointments & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to book all tattoo appointments. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo unless otherwise discussed. Deposits secure your appointment time and compensate for consultation, scheduling, and design preparation. No appointment is reserved until the deposit has been received. Design Time Every tattoo includes reasonable design and preparation time as part of your appointment. Custom artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist until the tattoo has been completed and paid for in full. Design previews are generally shown at your appointment. Minor adjustments can be made at that time. Extensive redesigns, complete concept changes, or multiple revisions after the design process has begun may require an additional design fee or a new appointment. Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date. Rescheduled appointments must generally be completed within 90 days unless otherwise approved. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancelling an appointment forfeits the deposit. If you choose not to proceed with the tattoo after design work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded. No-Shows & Late Arrivals Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled. No-shows or clients arriving too late to complete the appointment will forfeit their deposit and must submit a new deposit to rebook. Pricing Tattoos are priced by the piece or by the hour depending on the project. Quotes are estimates and may change if the size, placement, or design changes. Payment is due immediately upon completion of each session. Preparation Please arrive: Well rested. Properly hydrated. Having eaten a meal beforehand. Showered and wearing clean, comfortable clothing that allows access to the tattoo area. Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before your appointment. Health & Safety Appointments may be postponed if you: Are sick or have a fever. Have a contagious illness. Are sunburned in the tattoo area. Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
